in what is Known as the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County
and State of Florida and containing four (4) acres more or
less with all the rights improvements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have
and to hold the same to the only proper use and
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part his heirs executors and assigns in Fee simple
forever in Testimony whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
seals on the day and the year first above written

Edwards to me well known who upon an examin-
ation made separate and apart from her said
husband did acknowledge that she joined in the
Execution and deliver of the foregoing Deed of her
own free will and accord and without any
fear of pretention or compulsion of or from her
said husband for the purpose of releasing or and
relinquishing all her right or claim to Dower in to
or for out of the said lands herein described. in Testimony
whereof she has hereunto set her hand & seal this 19th day of December A.D. 1874
