Know all men by these presents that I George E.
Cessna of the county of Seneca and State of Ohio
do hereby constitute and appoint W.K. Cessna, of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, my 
Attorney, for me and in my name, to bargain
sell and convey, in fee simple, by deed of general
warranty, for such price, upon such terms of
credit, and to such person or persons, as he
shall think fit, the whole or any part, of all
the real estate of which I am the true and lawful
owner, that is situated in the city, or village of Gainesville
the same being the county seat of the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida.
Hereby ratifying and confirming all such bar-
gains, receipts for purchase money, agreements
and deed, as shall be made, executed, or
acknowledged, in the premises, by my said
attorney, the same as if I were personally
present and did the same.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set me
hand and seal, this the 16th day of August AD 1871
