State of Florida} This Indenture made this Twenty Seventh
Alachua County  } day of August A.D. one thousand eight
hundred and seventy four Between George E. Cessna
of Seneca County State of Ohio by his Attorney William
K. Cessna of the State of Florida and County of Alachua
parties of the first part and Stephen McCall as Trustee
for Mrs. Cornelia E. Kennedy wife of Thomas R. Kennedy
all of the same State and County parties of the 
second part Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of one hundred and fifty dollars paid at and
before the sealing and Delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
doth bargain sell and convey unto the said 
parties of the second part all that piece par-
cel or Lott of Land situate lying and being in
the Town of Gainesville State of Florida and
County of Alachua and known and distinguished 
as follows: To Wit beginning at the North W. corner of
the Lott formerly owned by William K. Cessna
but now by Stephen McCall as Trustee for
Cornelia E. Kennedy and running North fifty
feet to a stake thence W one hundred feet
to a Stake thence S fifty feet to a stake thence
E one hundred feet to the place of beginning to
have and to hold said bargained property
and all the rights appurtenances and privileges 
to the same in any wise appertaining or belonging
and the said parties of the first part hereby will
forever warrant and defend the rights and
title thereto to the said party of the second
party by her Trustees as aforesaid to her and 
her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
against themselves their heirs and assigns
and against the claims of all persons whatsoever

Cessna hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first written
