State of Florida} This Indenture made and 
Alachua County  } entered into this the First day
of September in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Seventy four between
Mary W. Heath of Said County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and James
D. Cromwell of Said State and County of the second
part - Witnesseth - that for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Hundred paid by the
party of the second part to the party of
the first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
the party of the first part have bargained sold
aliened released remised and by these presents
do bargain grant sell and convey unto the party
of the second part and to his heirs & assigns the
following described property Situated in the 
Town of Gainesville & County of Alachua and
State of Florida viz: Lot of Land in Gainesville
Florida, described in the map of Survey of Said
Town as part of Lot (4) four, Block (1) one, Range
(3) three, commencing at the South East corner
of said Lot & running East Two Hundred feet
to Seminary Street - thence North along said
Street Sixty feet = thence West along the line of
said Lot one hundred feet - thence South
along the line of Said Lot conveyed by Mary
W. Heath to James D. Matheson & Company thirty
feet to  East Main Street thence, south along
Said Sa te Street Thirty to point of com-
mencement.  And the said party
of the first part herein do here-
by for the above consideration forever
relinquish all the right and title to said
land to said party of second part & his
heirs and assigns forever - and the said
party of the first party hereby warrants the
title of the same against herself and all other persons
