This day came the parties by their
attorneys and the Defendants saying nothing in answer
or bar of the above stated cause, and the same
being heard and considered by the court, It
is ordered and directed that the Administrators
above named and they are hereby authorized and
required to make the petitioner good and Sufficient
titles to the following described real estate to wit: --
the North half of the lot formerly occupied by A.T. Banks
Esq, Two Hundred feet East and West, by One Hundred
feet North and South lying on the East side of University
Street, and bounded on the North by the Freedenburg
Lot, on the East by Mrs. Bevill's Lot, on the South by
J.R. Hague's Lot, and on the West by J.H. Roper's
Lot Known as Known as "Oak Hall Lot," and |
