Now Know all men by these presents that we, J.C. Gard-
ner and Chas W. Little, as Administrators of the Estate of
Joseph G. Little deceased, in obedience to the above re-
cited order, and for and in consideration of Four
Hundred Dollars the receipt wherof is hereby ac-
knowledged do hereby give, grant bargain and sell
unto Samuel J. Burnett of Said State and County
all that certain peice or parcel of Land
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville in
Said State and County & Known & described as
follows:- The North half of the Lot formerly
occupied by A.T. Banks Esq, two hundred feet
East & West by one hundred North and South
lying on the East Side of "University Street" and
bounded on the North by the "Freedenburg Lot" on the
East by Mrs Bevill's Lot, on the south by J.R. Hague's 
Lot, on the West by J.H. Roper's Lot Known as the
"Oak Hall Lot" and containing one half acre
of Land more or less.
To have and to Hold the above described property
unto the Said Samuel J. Burnett his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns forever in fee simple,
Witness our hands and seals this December 10th 1874

         Alachua County  } these presents that
I, Fannie A. Little widow of Joseph G. Little deceased 
for and in consideration of Four hundred Dollars do
hereby release relinquish and quit claim unto
Samuel J. Burnett, his heirs executors & administrators 
all my dower or right of dower in and to the Lot
described in the foregoing deed of conveyance
Given under my hand and Seal this 31st day of Decr A.D. 1874.
