together with E.C.F. Sanchez signed the same as

State of Florida} Know all men by these presents
Alachua County  } that I, Andrew Robb, Judge of
Probate in and for Said County and State, for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirty seven 90/100
dollars lawful money of the United States of America
paid by William Axer to James B. Bailey
Treasurer of said County the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, 
sold, released, conveyed and confirmed unto
William Axer his heirs and assigns the
following lot of land in the Town of Gainesville,
Viz: Lot No 2, Rang 3, Block Four: And I the
said Andrew Robb, by virtue of the power vested in
me as Judge of Probate for myself as such Judge
and for my successors in office do and will
by these presents forever warrant and defend
the premises aforesaid to the said William Axer
and to his heirs and assigns.
    In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
             private
hand affixed my^seal, there being no Seal
of office, This Eleventh day of March A.D. 1857
