is a substantial copy of a deed from Andrew
Robb, Judge of Probate for Alachua County Florida
to William Axer, and that the original deed is
lost or mislaid, So that the Same is not
within his knowledge, custody or control, and that
the Said original deed was lost from his possession

In Open Court Spring Term 1870_______
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that
Andrew Robb Judge of Probate for Alachua County,
made and Executed a deed to William Axer for
Lot No Two (2), Block Three (3), Range Four (4),
in the Town of Gainesville Florida and that the
Same has been lost or mislaid, so that the same
cannot be found - And it appearing that William
Edwards the present Judge of Probate and Successor in
office had been served with sufficient Legal Notice
for the establishment of a Substantial copy now
on file in this court, and no cause being
Shown to the contrary: It is therefore ordered
adjudged and decreed that this copy deed Signed
by Andrew Robb Judge of Probate and on file
in this Court to William Axer for Lot No
Two (2) Block No Three (3) and Range Four
(4) in the Town of Gainesville, Florida be es-
tablished in lieu of the original so lost
or mislaid
This 5th day of April A.D. 1870
