bargain, sell and convey unto the said Stephen McCall - as
Trustee aforesaid - of the second part, his heirs and assigns
a certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in
the county and State aforesaid and known and de-
scribed as follows: ~viz:~ commencing at the South East
corner of the Lot where it joins the Land granted to the
Florida Railroad on the West side of the Street leading
from Gainesville Court House to the depot and opposite
the lot owned by Walter S. Land running North along
said Street, one hundred feet, thence West, two hundred
feet, thence South, one hundred feet, thence East, two
hundred feet to the place of beginning, containing
twenty thousand square feet, more or less, together
with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to
hold, the above granted premises to the said Stephen
McCall as Trustee as aforesaid party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple; and I,
the said William K. Cessna, for myself, do covenant
with the said Stephen McCall that I will, and my
heirs, executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same to the said Stephen McCall as Trustee
as aforesaid--- his heirs, executors or administrators
forever against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons. In Testimony Whereof, I have
hereunto set my hand and seal, the day and year above

this deed do hereby assign, release, renounce, re
linquish transfer and convey unto the said Stephen
McCall as Trustee aforesaid, Grantee, all my claim |
