Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
that I, Eli Ramsey of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and
sixty dollars to me cash in hand paid by David G.
Harvard, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge,
have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
David G. Harvard of Said County and State our un-
divided one half interest in all that certain peice,
parcel or tract of Land by lying being and Situated
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, in what
is known as the "Arredondo Grant" in fractional Sec-
tion Twenty two (22) in Township Eleven (11) South,
Range Nineteen (19) East, commencing at a point in said
Section which is to be found as follows: to wit: commence at the
North West corner of Said Section (No. 22) and run
thence East along the l n Northern boundary line of
Said Section Forty six chains and fifty links, thence
run due South sixteen chains and seventy links to
a Stake the beginning point of the land herein and hereby
conveyed, from said Stake as a Starting point running
South fifty Seven degrees East eight chains to the water's-
edge of Lake Levy, thence in a South-Westerly direction
along the meanderings of waters-edge of said Lake fifteen
chains when run in a straight line, thence North
fifty seven degrees West, eight chains, thence North
thirty three degrees East, fifteen chains to the place of be-
ginning, containing in all thirteen acres more or less
To Have and to Hold the said undivided one half
interest in said lands, together with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances, to him the
said David G. Harvard his heirs, executors, administrators
and assigns in fee simple forever. And I do hereby
forever warrant and defend him the said David G.
Harvard, his heirs, executors administrators and assigns
in the peaceable, quiet, full and perpetual enjoyment
of the title to, and perpetual enjoyment of the title
to, and possession of the said undivided one half inter-
est in and to the above described lands hereby conveyed,
against any and all persons lawfully and
adversely claiming the same.
