      Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that we,
      D.C. Ramsey widow of G.W. Ramsey dcd and Letitia Ramsey
      mother of the said G.W. Ramsey deceased both of the County
      of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consideration of the
      sum of Two hundred and sixty Dollars to us in hand paid the
      receipt whereof we do each of us hereby acknowledge have granted
      bargained sold and conveyed and forever quit claimed and by
      these presents do bargain sell convey and forever quit claim unto
      Eli Ramsey of said County & State all our & each of our right title
      interest and claim of in and to the lands herein described which
      we or each of is have or may have of in or to said lands by reason
      of our being heirs at law of said G.W. Ramsey late of said County
      & State deceased said lands being described as follows to wit:
      All that certain piece parcel or tract of land lying and being situated
      in Alachua County Florida in what is known as the Arrodondo
      Grant in Fractional section twenty two (22) Township Eleven (11)
      South, Range nineteen (19) East commencing at a point in said
      section which is to be found as follows;- Commencing at the
      North West corner of said section No 22 and run thence East
      along Northern boundary line of said section forty six chains and
      fifty links, thence run South sixteen chains & seventy (70) links to a stake
