ted the eleventh day of March A.D. 1854 and recorded
in the Record of Deeds for said county of Alachua in Book
D: page, For more particular description of said land
reference is herein made to said deed, and to the map
of the Aradondo Grant, alluded to in said deed.
I Also one other piece or parcel of land, adjoining
the above in the same county and state, and known as
fractional section 34 Township 10, Range 19 of the
Arredondo Grant and containing one hundred and
seventy-five 50/100 acres conveyed to the said James W.
Harrison party of the first part by Henry G. Marquand
as reference to said conveyance will more fully shew.
To have and to hold all and singular the said
premises, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns in fee simple title forever.
And the said party of the first part, for him-
self, his heirs, executors and administrators, does hereby
covenant and agree, to and with the said party of
the second part, his heirs executors and administra-
tors, that he and they will forever warrant and de-
fend, the said party of the second part, his heirs, ex-
ecutors and administrators and assigns, in the peacea-
ble enjoyment of the title to and possession of the with-
in granted land and premises, against themselves and
all persons claiming by through or under them or any of
them, and against the claims of all persons whatsoever;
and in the peaceable enjoyment of said land and prem-
ises, against all judgements liens or mortgages whatsoever.

the first part hereunto sets his hand and seal, the day
