This Indenture, made the 31st day of Dec. in the year one
     thousand eight hundred and Seventy four, between
     Martha Price & David W. Price, of the City of Quitman,
     in the County of Brooks & State of Georgia, of the first part,
     & Eliza B. Williams, of the town of Newnansville, in the
     County of Alachua & State of Florida, of the second part - 
     Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for & in
     consideration of the sum of Four Hundred ($400 00/100) Dollars, lawful
     money of the United States, to them duly paid before the
     delivery hereof, hath bargained & Sold, & by these presents
     doth grant & convey to the said party of the second part, her
     heirs & assigns, forever, all that certain peice or parcel of land, lying
     & being in the County of Alachua & State of Florida, & which is
     known & described as follows, The S.W. corner of the S.E. 1/4 of
     the N.E. 1/4 of Sec. (11), Township 8 - South of Range 18.E- (Except-
     ing a half acre in extreme S.W. corner) containing then acres
     more or less, together with all and singular the tenements
     hereditaments, & appurtenances, & all the State title and
     interest, of the said parties of the first part therein.
     And the said parties of the first part doth there by
     covenant & agree with the said party of the second part,
     that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said parties
     of the first part, are the lawful owners of the premises
     above granted, & seized thereof in fee simple ab-
     solute, & that they will warrant & defend the above
     granted premises in the quiet & peaceable possession of
     the said party of the second part, her heirs & assigns
     forever.
