Alachua County } presents that we
Cornelius Rain, James M. Sparkman,
Stephen P. Bevill and G.B. Thomas, Trus-
tees, for and in consideration of the love &
attachment which we have for the Christian
Religion and of our partiality for the
doctrines and belief of the Baptist Church,
and for the further consideration of one
dollar to us in hand paid, the receipt
whereof we hereby acknowledge, have
given, granted, bargained, sold & conveyed,
and by these presents do give, grant,
bargain, Sell, and convey unto Stephen
McCall, James B. Dawkins, and James
T. McMillan Trustees of the Baptist
Church of Gainesville, Florida, and
to their successors in office the follow-
ing described peice or parcel of land
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville,
in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, Known and described as the
North half of Block Four in Range
Eight. To have and to hold the
above described lot or parcel of land
together with all ** & singular the
