by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
          as Such Trustees unto S.V. Finley, J.T. McMillan,
          James B. Brown, J.W. Childs, L.A. Barnes, and
          W.K. Cessna, as the present Board of Education
          of the East Florida Seminary, an institution for
          Educational Purposes located in said Town of Gainesville
          and their successors in office the following described
          real Estate to wit: All that certain lot, peice
          or parcel of Land together with the tenements, her-
          editaments, rights and appurtenances to the same
          belonging. Situated, lying and being in the Town of
          Gainesville County of Alachua in the State of Florida
          particularly described according to the legally
          accepted plats of said Town of Gainesville as the
          North half of Block Four (4) Range eight (8) in
          said Town of Gainesville Florida
                To Have and to Hold the same to them the said
          S.Y. Finley, J.T. McMillan, and James B. Brown, J.W.
          Childs, L.A. Barnes and W.K. Cessna as the present
          Board of Education of the East Florida Seminary at
          Gainesville and their and every of their Successors
          in office in fee simple forever.

          that he together with P.G. Snowden signed the
          same as subscribing witnesses thereto
