Muscogee County } Know all men by these presents
that I, Edward Haile of the aforesaid County and
State together with Warren Haile my wife for and
in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
to us cash in hand paid at and before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell and convey unto George K. Broome of the
County of Alachua State of Florida all the entire
interest which I, the said Edward Haile, now have
or may hereafter have, of in or to all that certain
piece or parcel of land together with the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
and situated in the town of Gainesville in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida, particularly de-
scribed as lot No two (2) Block four (4) Range three
(3) containing Sixty four (64) feet front and one hun-
dred and ninety seven (97) feet deep, which said Lot
or parcel of land was conveyed to the late firm doing
business in the said town of Gainesville Florida under
the firm name of Savage & Haile (of which said firm
I am the sole surviving partner) by George H. Miller as
Executor of John L. Young decd
To have and to hold unto him the said George K. Broome
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
forever - In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and seals this the 19th day of February AD 1875.

Muscogee County } Before me F.M. Brooker Judge of the
Court of Ordinary which is a Court of Record in and for
said County personally appeared Mrs. Warren Haile wife
of Edward Haile, who being by me first duly questioned
and examined separate and apart from her said hus-
band acknowledged under her hand and seal that
she executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance with her hus-
band for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing her |
