State of Florida} Know all men by these presents that I
     Alachua County  } Stephen McCall together with Precella McCall
             my wife both of the County & State aforesaid for and in
             consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars to
             me the said Stephen McCall in hand paid at and
             before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
             receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
             bargained sold and conveyed; and by these presents
             do grant bargain sell and convey and forever quit-
             claim unto the Mrs Isabella S. Strickland wife of William
secs 8 & 16  Strickland, all the following described property to
T 10 R 20    wit: Sections (8) Eight and (16) Sixteen, Township (10)
             Ten, Range (20) Twenty South and East containing
             1280 acres more or less; also Blocks 6 (Six) and 7
             (seven) in Range 2 (Two), and Lot No 1 (one) Block
             5 (Five), Range 3 (Three) 120 feet by 76 feet, to-
             gether with all the improvements, all of the said
             Lots & Blocks being situated in the Town of Gainesville in
             in said State and County, Said above described two
             Sections of lands being also situated in said County of
             Alachua in said State of Florida, also the North 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4
             and the N.W. 1/4 of South East 1/4 of Section 14, Township 8 (eight)
             Range 19, South West 1/4 and West 1/2 of North West 1/4 of Sec-
             tion 13, also the North 1/2 of North West 1/4 of Section 24, Township
             8, Range 19 South & East, and the (East 1/2 of South East 1/4)
             and South West 1/4 of South East 1/4 of (Section 14, Township 8, Range 18. S&E,)
             containing 563 acres more or less; also 75 head of cattle more
             or less some marked crop and poplar leaf and crop in the other
             and branded (7G), some branded (T.H.) and marked crop in
             one ear and split in the other, others branded (J.L.) and
             marked Swallow-fork and underbit in one ear and
             upper Slope in the other, also 1 horse wagon, one Road
             wagon, 1 buggy, 1 carriage and 6 plow stocks to-
             gether with the premis tenements and hereditaments
             pertaining to said real property, also 1 bay Horse about
             11 years old, 1 sorrel Stallion about 3 years old, one
             black mare about 11 years old, one black mare mule about
             11 years old, 1 Dark Bay Horse Mule colt about 1 1/2 years old-
             all of which said real and personal Estate was deeded to me
             on the 7th day of April A.D. 1873, by Sherman Conant as
             U.S. Marshall, by virtue of A sale made on said 7th
             day of April A.D. 1873 under an Execution issued
