out of the Circuit Court of the U.S. for the Northern Dis-
            trict of Florida in favor of Latherop & Co against William Strickland
To have and to Hold the same to her the said Isabella S. Strickland to her
            and for her own separate use and behoof and to her heirs
            executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple and
            forever, against the claims and demands of me the said
            Stephen McCall and me the said Prescella McCall his wife
            and against all persons whomsoever, claiming or to claim
            the same by through or under us or either or us, or by
            through or under the said Judgment and execution under
            which the same was sold to me the said Stephen McCall

            husband, acknowledges under her hand and seal before me that she
            signed the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purposes of releasing
            and relinquishing her right of dower in the property real and
            personal described in said deed and that she did the same
            freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint
            apprehension, fear of or from her said husband
