Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that we
Isabella S. Strickland and William Strickland her hus
band of the County of Alachua and State of Florida that
for and in consideration of the sum of seven
hundred Dollars to us in hand paid before the enseal-
ing of this Deed have bargained sold and conveyed
and hereby bargain sell and convey unto Sarah R. Barnes
wife of Louis A. Barnes, her heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever all that certain real Estate herein
described to wit; Lot three (3) Block three (3) Range two (2)
being Sixty (60) feet front and two hundred (200) feet
deep as described by & on the map of Town lots of the
Town of Gainesville situated in said County & State to-
gether with all the rights improvements and tenements
therein - To have and to hold the said premises unto
the said Sarah B. Barnes her heirs Executors and
administrators and assigns in fee simple forever. And
the said Isabella S. Strickland and William for themselves
separately and individually unto the said Sarah R. Barnes
doth and will forever warrant and defend the title to said prem
ises against the claim or claims of all persons whomsoever
