Know all men by these Presents, that, I Susan B. Fairbanks
wife of George R. Fairbanks of Suwannee Franklin County
Tennessee in consideration of the premises, and of one
dollar to me in hand paid and for the purpose per-
fecting the title to the premises, hereafter described and
divesting myself of a claim to Dower therein do hereby
grant relinquish and renounce to Thos B. Ellis of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida all right, claim
and equity of Dower in & to the following described premises
to wit. Section Number seven (7) of Range no Twenty and
Township No Ten containing 518 87/100 acres and also Section
No. Eighteen of same Township and Range containing 108 80/100
acres being in Arodondo Grant in said County of Alachua
And I do hereby acknowledge and declare that I do hereby ex
ecute this renunciation and conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing my right of dower in and to the said land
