Charleston Dist         } Know all men by these
presents that I, E. Montague Grimke Administrator
with the Will annexed of the last Will and Testament
of Thomas Napier decd, of Charleston South Carolina
by virtue of the authority and power given to me under
the will of said Thomas Napier deceased duly probated
and of Record in the said City of Charleston State of
South Carolina for and in consideration of the sum
of Sixteen hundred Dollars secured to be paid
by Nathan Spencer now a resident of Alachua County
& State of Florida have granted bargained sold 
& conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Spencer his heirs Executors ad-
ministrators & assigns the following described lands
to wit section (6) six in Township ten (10) & Range (20)
Twenty East situated in the survey of the Aradondo Grant
as surveyed by Burr & Washington in the County of
Alachua & State of Florida West of the town of Gaines
ville containing six hundred & forty acres more or less - 
To have & to hold the above described premises together with
the hereditaments & appurtenances unto the said Nathan
Spencer his heirs executors administrators & assigns forever
And I, as administrator with the Will annexed of the
last Will & Testament of the said Thomas Napier decd
do hereby warrant and defend the before described
premises unto the said Nathan Spencer his heirs, Ex
ecutors administrators & assigns against myself and
all other persons lawfully claiming or to claim the
same.  In witnesses whereof I hereunto set my hand & affix my
seal this twenty third day of February AD 1875.
