of Florida to take within the State of South Carolina
proof & acknowledgments of Deeds & other instruments
to be made & recorded in the said State of Florida
personally appeared E. Montague Grimke administrator
with the will annexed of Thomas Napier to me
known to be the person described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument & acknowledged
the execution thereof to be his free act & deed
for the uses & purposes therein mentioned

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that we James T. McMillan and James D. Matheson
of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Three hundred and twenty four Dollars to
us in hand paid by Mrs A.E. Taylor of the aforesaid
County and State the receipt of which we do hereby acknowl-
edge as Trustees for the Estate of John W. Anderson decd.
have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said A.E.
Taylor the following described lands which we hold as
Trustees for creditors of said Estate of John W. Anderson
decd. to wit; All that certain piece parcel or tract of land
lying being and situated in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida in lot or Section Number (9) nine of
what is known as the Moses E. Levy Grant said tract
or parcel of land being a part or portion of what is property
known as the "Leitner Land" and designated upon a
map or plot of said "Leiner Land" in the possession of
the Grantors herein made by W.C. Miller as Lot number (74)
seventy four, containing containing Twenty seven acres of
land more or less and situated in the south side of "Waburgh
