Lake together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in any wise appertaining ____ To have and to hold the
same unto her the said A.E. Taylor her heirs exec-
utors administrators and assigns in fee simple
forever.

and James D. Matheson as Trustees sign seal and deliver

Alachua County   } Whereas by virtue of an Execution of Fieri 
facias issued out of the Circuit Court of the United States
for the Fifth Judicial Circuit, Northern District of Florida
and to me S. Conant United States Marshal directed
wherein Lathrop & Company of Savannah Georgia were
Plaintiffs and Stephen McCall Defendant I, the said
S. Conant as such Marshall did levy upon the property
hereafter to be described and after duly and legally ad-
vertising the same according to law did sell the same as
the property of the said Stephen McCall to satisfy said
execution before the Court House door in the Town of Gainesville
Florida between the legal hours of sale on Monday March
the 1st AD 1875 at public out cry and whereas F.S. Roux
became the purchaser thereof at said sale for the sum
