of Two hundred and fifty Dollars that being the highest
bid for the same and being the bidder thereof; - 
Now therefore know all men by these presents that Sherman
Conant as such United States Marshal by virtue of
the premises and the power and authority in me vested
as such United States Marshall and by virtue of said
sale under Execution, for and in consideration of the
sum of Two Hundred and fifty Dollars to me in hand
paid by the said F.S. Roux have granted bargained
sold and conveyed unto him the said F.S. Roux
the following described real Estate to wit; All that
certain lot piece or parcel of land lying situate in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida in the
Town of Gainesville known as Fractional Lot on Town
Common, Block (7) seven containing two hundred feet
front and running three hundred and thirteen feet
back ___ To have and to hold the same together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances, to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to him the said
F.S. Roux, his heirs Executors administrators and as-
signs in fee simple forever as fully as I, the said
S. Conant as such Marshal acting under the authority
of said sale under said Executive and by law authorized to
sell and convey the same - 
        In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the 21st day of March AD 1875
