Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we Jas T. McMillan & Jas D. both of
the aforesaid County & State & as Trustees for the Creditors
of the Estate of Jno W. Anderson decd for & in consid-
eration of the sum of Two hundred & sixty 40/100
Dollars to us in hand paid by S.Y. Finley have
granted bargained & sold & by these presents do grant
bargain sell & convey unto him the said S.Y. Finley
all that certain piece parcel or tract of land
lying being & situate in Alachua County State of
Florida which we hold for sale as the Trustees afore
said as of the Estate of John W. Anderson decd
described as follows:- All that certain part or
portion of Lot number nine (9) in Moses E. Levy
Grant on the south Side of Waburgh Lake
being a part of what is particularly described on
the platt or map of said Leitner Land as made
by W.C. Miller as Lot no 75 seventy five containing
Twenty one & 71/100 acres of land more or less together
with all & singular the tenements hereditaments &
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining = To have & to hold the same to him
the said S.Y. Finley his heirs executors administrators
& assigns fee simple forever. In testimony whereof
we have hereunto set our hands & affixed our seals as
said Trustees as aforesaid on this the 10th day of April
AD 1875.

State of Florida } Before me personally came R.F. Taylor who
Alachua County } being duly sworn says that he saw James D. Matheson
& James T. McMillan as Trustees sign seal & deliver the foregoing Instrument
of writing for the uses & purposes as therein contained & expressed & that
he together with E.B. McCuen signed the same as witnesses thereto.
