It is understood and agreed that in the sale and
conveyance, this day made by James W. Harrison as
described in the within deed of eleven hundred and
seventy-four acres, that fifty acres, said to have been bought
by one Stokes is not intended to be included in the
warrantee of the title. The purchase money for said
fifty acres having been deducted in this sale to the
said J.T. Walls.

Alachua County } This Indenture, made the third
day of January in the year of our Lord, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-three, between James D. Mathe-
son of the first part and James T. Thomas, of the second part
all of the state and county aforesaid, Witnesseth,
That for and in consideration of the sum of
three-thousand dollars to him in hand paid, at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said party of the
first part, has given, granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and
delivered, and by these presents does give, grant, bargain
sell convey and deliver, unto the said party of the second
part, the following named and described property, to wit:-
