into this the 26th day of March AD 1875 Between William
C. Beckham of the same State and County above
mentioned the party of the first part and George
W. Sparkman of the same State and County the
party of the second part
Witnesseth That the Said William C. Beckham party
for and in the consideration of the sum of $1500(00) Fifteen
Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said George
W. Sparkman the party of the Second part. The receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged. Hath bargained aliened
and sold and by these presents doth grant and convey
to the said Geo W. Sparkman his heirs and assigns
forever all my right title and Interest in the following
Lots of Land in the town of Waldo in County of Alachua
& State of Florida Together with all improvements thereon
consisting of Steam Engine Cotton gins and appertenan
-ces stone House Dwelling &c To Wit Lots No one Two
                                   Block
and three #1-2&3 in Block number Two #2  To have and
to hold the above discribed premises above granted and
Seized there of in fee simple absolut and that he will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the
the quiet peaceable possession of the Geo W. Sparkman
party of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
