County of Alachua } This Indenture made and
entered into this the Twenty seventh day of March Eighteen
hundred and seventy five between W.W. Scott and
Mary E. Scott his wife of the first part and Messrs Foster
& Colclough of the City of Gainesville of the second part
all parties of the County & State aforesaid Witnesseth:-
That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Four hundred Dollars lawful money
paid them by the parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold & conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain
sell & convey to the said parties of the second part their
heirs & assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land
lying & being situated in the County of Alachua & State of
Florida and described as follows to wit; - The E half (1/2) of
the NW 1/4 quarter and the N half (1/2) of the SW 1/4 quarter of section
18 Township seven (7) Range nineteen (19) and the NW quarter
(1/4) of the NE (1/4) quarter and the NE quarter 1/4 of the NW quarter
(1/4) of section nineteen (19) Township seven (7) Range nineteen (19)
and the SE (1/4) quarter of the SW quarter (1/4) of section Eighteen (18)
Township seven (7) Range Nineteen (19) and the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4
and the SW quarter (1/4) of the SW 1/4 quarter of section Eighteen (18) Town-
ship seven (7) Range nineteen (19) and the SE quarter (1/4) of section
Eighteen (18) Township (7) seven Range nineteen (19) to have and to
hold the same together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances and all the estate title and interest of
the said parties of the first part therein, And the said
parties of the first part will warrant and defend the
above granted premises in the quiet a peaceable possession
of the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns forever. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seal the day and year above written.
