County of Alachua} This Indenture made this Sixth day
of March AD 1871 between Geo L. Barnes Sheriff of said County
of the first part and William Edwards of the said
County and State of the second part Witnesseth That whereas
the said Sheriff by virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias issued
out of the United State Circuit Court and sundry
writs issued out of the Circuit Court for the County of
Alachua and to him directed he was commanded that
of the goods and chattels land and tenement of
William Strickland he caused to be made the sum
of Seven Hundred and nineteen dollars with interest
