This Indenture made the 23rd day of March in the
year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and
seventy five between Henry G. Marquand of the City and
County and State of New York and Elizabeth Love his wife
parties of the first part and Henry S. Sanford of the
second part Witnesseth__  That the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) lawful money of the United 
States of America to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all those certain lots parcels or sections of land in the
Arrodondo Grant of lands situated in the County of
Alachua State of Florida known and described as

nine (639) acres & 28/100 of an acre; section seven (7) in Town-
ship Eleven (11) & Range Twenty two (22) containing Five
hundred and twenty two & 80/100 acres; Section twenty three
(23) in Township ten (10) & Range Eighteen (18) containing
six hundred & forty acres; Section Eighteen (18) in Township
Eleven & Range nineteen (19) containing six hundred and
forty six & 93/100 acres; Section twenty four (24) in Township
Eleven (11) & Range Eighteen (18) containing Six hundred and
thirty seven (637)4/100 acres; Section Twenty one (21) in Township
nine (9) & Range Twenty one (21), containing six hundred
& thirty Eight & 64/100 acres; Sections thirteen (13) & fourteen (14)
