of land^granted to Moses E. Levy The said fractional
portions of said Lots containing in all two thousand and
eighty three and 1/3 acres more or less. Lying and being sit-
ate in the state and county aforesaid. To have and to hold
the said undivided half interest in the above described proper-
ty, together with all and singular, the improvements, tenements
and apppurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part, covenants and
agrees with the said party of the second part, that he is seized
in fee of the above granted and conveyed property. That
the same is free from all incumbrances, and that he has
good right to sell and convey the same, unto the said
party of the second part, And that he his heirs and
executors and administrators, shall forever warrant and
defend the said property to the said party of the second
part, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

part, has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day
and year first above written.

Alachua County } Before me, Rheuben W. Roberts, a
Justice of the Peace, in and for said county personally
came Augusta F. Matheson, wife of J.D. Matheson, who be-
ing by me examined, separate and apart from her said
husband, acknowledged that for the consideration, mentioned
in the foregoing deed, she hereby voluntarily and of her own
free will, relinquishes all right of dower in and to the prop-
erty conveyed in the foregoing deed, and that the same is
done without compulsion, apprehension, fear or restraint, of
or from her said husband.
