known to be the persons described in and who executed the
foregoing Instrument and acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. And the said Elizabeth
L. Marquand on a private examination by me sep
arate and apart from her husband did acknowledge
that the said Instrument was made freely and volunta
rily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we James T. McMillan and James D. Matheson of
the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Four hundred and fifty Dollars to us
hand paid by Mrs Carrie T. Dawkins of the aforesaid
County and State the receipt of which we do hereby ac-
knowledge as Trustees for the Creditors of the Estate of John
W. Anderson, have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto her
the said Carrie T. Dawkins the following described
lands which we hold as Trustees for the said Creditors
of said Estate of John W. Anderson decd; to wit:_ All
that piece or parcel of land lying being and situated
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida in lot
or section number nine (9) of what is known as the Moses
E. Levy Grant - said tract or parcel of land being a
parcel or part of what is properly known as the "Leitner
Lands" & designated upon a map or plat of said
Leitner Lands in the possession of the Grantor herein,
made by W.C. Miller, as Lots number thirty five (35)
and forty six (46) containing thirty eight (38) acres of land
more or less and situated on the North side of Waburgh |
