This Indenture made this 19th day of February in
the year Eighteen hundred and seventy four between
Charles W. Brush at prest of the City of San Francisco
& State of Calafornia Executor of the last Will and Tes-
tament of Nehemiah Brush deceased of the first part
and James B. Brown of Alachua County and State of
Florida of the second part: Whereas Nehemiah Brush
by his last will and Testament dated the 10th day of
March in the year Eighteen hundred & forty three duly ad
mitted to Probate and now of Record in the Office of the
Clerk of Alachua & State of Florida authorizes and
empowers his Executors therein to sell & convey certain real
Estate also in said Will named - And whereas the
party hereto of the first part the surviving Executor
named in said Will by virtue of such authority has
sold to the said party hereto of the second part a portion |
