This Indenture made the Thirtieth day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
seventy five between J.H. Durkee and Cora L. Durkee
his wife of Jacksonville of the County of Duval and State
of Florida parties of the first part and Wm A. Colclough
of Gainesville, County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part;- Witnesseth
That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold,
released, granted, conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell release, convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs |
