and assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of
land lying and being in the town of Gainesville, County
of Alachua and State of Florida and Known and des-
cribbed as follows viz= Commencing at the South west corner of
Block (3) Three in range (2) two according to a plat of said town
running north one Hundred and sixteen feet Thence running East
one Hundred and twenty feet Thence running South one Hundred
& Sixteen feet thence running west one Hundred and Twenty
feet to point of beginning Embracing the Southern portion of
Lot (1) one and (2) Two of the above mentioned Block and
Range ~ Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and all the Estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in Law as in Equity of the said parties of the first part
in and to the above described premises and every part and
parcel thereof  To have and to hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances 
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever. And the said parties of the first part for their
heirs Executors and administrators do hereby covenant with
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of
the first part are the Lawful owners of the premises above
granted and seized thereof in fee simple absolute that
they are free from all encumbrances that the said parties
of the first part, have good right to sell and convey
the same to the said party of the second part as aforesaid
and that the said parties of the first part their heirs Executors
and administrators the above described and hereby granted
and conveyed premises, and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns the said parties of the first
part and their heirs and against the said parties of the
first part and their heirs and assigns all and every
person whosoever lawfully claims or to claim the same
shall and will warrant and by these presents forever
defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part 
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals
