Fulton County    } Know all men by these presents that I Cornelia
A. Dozier of the aforesaid County and State for and in consid
-eration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and
for and in consideration of the further sum of one hundred
and fifty dollars to me secured to be paid by M. OHara
of the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua in the State
of Florida have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and
convey unto him the said M. OHara his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns the following described real
Estate to wit = All that certain Lot Five (5) in Browns Addition
to the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County State of Florida
being in the North West quarter of section Five (5) Township
Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) containing Ten (10) Acres of land
less fifteen feet to be left for a Street Said lot lay between
the lots sold sold to Hicks on one Side and Thompson on the other
together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining.  To have and to hold the same to him the said
M. OHara his heirs Executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever. In Witness whereof I have here-
unto set my hand and affixed my seal this 20th day
of March AD 1875
