County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that I
Mary A. McMillan of Alachua County in the State aforesaid
in consideration of Eight Hundred and Forty three 75/100
Dollars to me paid by William H. and Horatio A. Lackey of
Alachua County and State of Florida have granted bargained
sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and release unto the said William H. and Horatio A.
Lackey all that tract or parcel of land lying and situated
in Alachua County Florida containing one Hundred and Eighty
acres more or less the same being a fractional portion of the North
half of Section Thirty one in Township nine Range 20 East and
bounded on the north by lands by S.W. Wilson on the East by lands
of Est Bailey on the South by lands of Freeze and on the West
by lands of Est Bone Together with all and singular the
right member hereditament and appurtenances to the said
premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining
unto the said William H. and Horatio A. Lackey their heirs and
assigns forever. Witness my hand and seal this Ninth day of
