County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that I
Mary Amelia McMillan of Alachua County in the State of Florida
aforesaid in the consideration of Six Hundred and Fifty Six 25/100
Dollars to me paid by Samuel W. Wilson of Alachua County and State of
Florida have granted bargained and Sold and released and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the said
Samuel W. Wilson all that tract or parcel of land lying and
situated in Alachua County Florida containing one hundred and
forty acres more or less the same being a fractional portion of the
North half of Section Thirty one in Township Nine Range Twenty
East the same being a part of the Arredondo Grant together
with all and Singular the right members hereditaments and
appertaining To have and to hold all and Singular the pre
premises before mentioned unto the said Samuel W. Wilson
his heirs and assigned forever
    Witness my hand and seal this Ninth day of April in
the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and
Seventy five               }
