wife of Cosmo O. Bailey one of the grantors of the above deed
who being examined by me separate & apart from her said 
husband acknowledged under her hand and seal that this
relinquishment and renunciation of Dower in the above
described land is maid freely & voluntarily and without
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband  Given under my hand and seal
