              State of Florida } This indenture made this 22nd of June
              Alachua County   } in the year of our Lord one thousand
              Eight Hundred and seventy four between Vasti M. Philips
              and Littliton J. Philips of the State of Florida and County
              of Alachua of the first part and Charles W. Little of the
              Same State and County of the Second part.
              Witness that the said Vasti M. Philips & Lillton J. Philips
              party of the first part for and in consideration of
              Five Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by Charles
              W. Little the party of the second part the receipt
              whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby release relin
              quish convey and forever quit claim of all thier right
              title and interest in and to a certain piece or parcel
              of land lying and being in the State of Florida and
              County of Alachua the same being an undivided interest
              in the estate of John Little deceased of Said County and
              to which they are interested as heirs at law of said
              estate and know and discribed as follows Section
              (15) Fifteen Township 9 Nine and Range 19 Ninteen East
              together with all their right title and interest in and
              to an undivided personal property belonging to Said estate
              of every character and discription. To have and to hold
              the same with the appurtenances to the Said Charles W. Little
              his heirs executors and administrators fully and
              forever free and quit from the right title interest claim
              and demand of the Said Vasti M. Philips and Littleton
              J. Philips of the parties of the first part their heirs
              Executors and administrators and of all and every
              person claiming by through or under them   In testimony
              whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
