came Anne M.M. Thomas wife of James T. Thomas, who
being by me examined separate and apart from her said
husband, acknowledged that for the consideration men-
tioned in the foregoing deed, she hereby voluntarily and
of her own free will relinquishes all right of dower in
and to, the property conveyed in the foregoing deed. And
that the same is done without compulsion, apprehension
fear or restraint of or from her said husband.
