County of Dougherty } This indenture made & entered into this
October the Seventh AD 1874 between Wm Hickson trustee and Caroline
Johnson of the first part and the deacons of the Baptist Church 
at Micanopy Florida and their Successors in office (Wheather then
be hereafter chosen or appointed) of the Second part Witnesseth
that the Said Wm Hickson by viture of the power conferred on him
in the deed of trust executed December the 14th AD 1859 author
izing him to convey the lands hereinafter mentioned and in
consideration of the sum of five dollars to him in hand paid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
gained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey to the partys of the second part the following lands to wit
one acre Square of land Situated in the Said town of Mic
anopy it being the land on which the Baptist Church at
the place formerly stood and being the acre of land situ
ated in the north west corner of the land conveyed on the
14th day of December AD 1859 by F.C. Johnson to Said Wm Hickson  as
trustee and also conveyed by the said Hickson as trustee to
Jas F. Noland by deed dated 31st May 1869 and being the acre of
land reserved & execpted in said deed it being understood
as a part and condition of this convey and that the party
of the Second part means the deacons of the Baptist Church
now a hereafter organized which may meat as its place
of worship at the building that may be erected for a church
on said acre of land: To have and to hold the Said acre
of land to the Said party of the Second part for the use
& purpose of a Baptist Church The said Caroline Johnson
joins in this deed for the purpose of conveying all
her right & interest in Said land & to express her consent
to a transfer & sale of the same as required by the Said
trust deed to Said Hickson         C. Johnson                   (LS)
