Alachua County   } This Indenture made this October 13th
1874 between Rayford Cambell and Sarah G. Campbell
of the State of Florida and County of Alachua of the
first part and Sarah C. Little of the same State and
County party of the second part.  Witnesseth that the 
Said Rayford Campbell and Sarah G. Campbell the
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of Five Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do
hereby give grant bargain sell and convey and
forever quit claim unto the said Sarah C. Little
the party of the second part her heirs executors admin
istrators and assigns all their right title and inter
interest in and to the following property to wit= 
a certain piece or parcel of land lying and being
in Said State & County and Known and discribed
as follows Section 15 Township 9 and Range 19 East together
with all their right title & interest in and to person
-al property of the estate of John Little deceased late
of Said county the same being their distribution
Share of the said estate to which they are interested
or heirs at law of said estate To have and to hold
the said bargained property unto the said Sarah C. Little
her heirs Executors Administrators forever.
