Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that we, Stephen McCall, J.H. Tomkies and Gabriel
P. Thomas Trustees of the Baptist Church of
Gainesville Florida by virtue of a Decree made
to us by T.C. Ellis Admr and Hardy Harvard
Admr of H.S. Harvard decd for and in con-
sideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars
to us for the use of the Church in hand paid have
sold, granted, bargained & conveyed & by these
presents do bargain grant sell & convey unto Bernard
M. Smith of Gainesville Fla, his heirs executors
administrators & assigns all that certain piece or
lot of land situated in the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County Florida commencing at the
South west corner of Lot number 1 one Block No 3
& Range one as per plat of said Town run-
ning East South 120 feet thence North 90 3/4 Feet, thence
West 120, thence South 90 3/4 feet to the point of be-
ginning containing one quarter of an acre more or less
To have and to hold unto the said Bernard M. Smith
his heirs executors adminsitrators & assigns the foregoing
described premises in fee simple forever. Given
