Alachua County   } Before me personally appeared
James F. McKinstry who being duly sworn says
that he saw the foregoing Deed executed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned and that he 
together with C.O. Bailey signed the same as
witnesses.                     }

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Andrew Robb Judge of Probate in and for said
State and County for and in consideration of ninety Dollars
lawful money of the United States of American paid by S.
B. Thompson to James B. Bailey Tresure of said County the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained
sold released conveyed and confirmed unto S.B. Thompson
his heirs and assigns the following lot of land in the
Town of Gainesville to wit  Block 6 Range 6 and I the
said Andrew Robb by virtue of the power vested in me as
Judge of Probate for myself as such Judge and for my
Successors in office do and will by these presents
forever warrant and defend the premises aforesaid
to the Said S.B. Thompson and to his assigns * in
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and 
affixed my private seal there being no seal of office
this 16th Sixteenth day of Dec AD 1857
