they being the best and highest bidders for the same
Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
as Marshal as aforesaid by virtue of the Said Execution and
in pursuance of the Statutes in such case made and provided
and in consideration of the said Sum of money So bid as
aforesaid and in hand paid to the Said party of the first
part at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained Sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell and convey unto the Said parties
of the Second part all the estate right title and interest
which Said Defendant had on the 2nd day of January AD
1873.  The Same being the date of the rendition of Judgement 
in this cause or at any time afterward of in and to all
that certain tract part or parcel of land known and
discribed as follows Lot Nine Range Two Township Three of
the Survey of lands of Joel B. Smith the same being a house
and lot in the Village of Micanopy in the County of Gaines
ville State of Florida and Northen district of Florida
To have and to hold said discribed property unto the Said
parties of the Second part their heirs and assigns forever
as fully and absolutely as the Said party of the first part
as Marshal as aforesaid can or Should convey by virtue
of Said execution and the laws relating thereto

then and there acknowledged that he executed
the same for the purpose there in described where
-upon it is prayed that the same may be recorded
