be the person whose name is signed as a subscribing witness to the
above deed, who being duly Sworn upon oath says that he saw the
above named grantor execute the same for the purposes therein
expressed and that affiant and W.H. Belton signed the same as

Know all men by these presents that I James M.
Girvin of the City of Baltimore State of Maryland for and
in consideration of the sum of one thousand Dollars
Secured to be paid to me by Mary A. McMillan of the City
of Gainesville Alachua County Fla have bargained Sold &
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell & convey
and by these presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto the
Said Mary A. McMillan her heirs executors administrators &
assigns all that certain parcel or parcel of Land Situated in
Alachua County and State of Florida together with the 
appurtenances & fixtures tereunto belonging described as
follows all of the North half of Section Thirty one (31) Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) E containing 320 acres more or less
To have and to hold all and singular the above described
premises unto the said Mary A. McMillan her heirs execu
Executors administrators & assigns forever
