me William W. Latimer a Commissioner of the State of Florida
duly qualified and commissioned, Anna H. Girvin Wife of
James M. Girvin one of the Grantors in the foregoing deed
and known to me to be such. Who being by me examined
separately and apart from her husband acknowledges
in due form of law that the foregoing relinquishment and
renunciation of Dower was made by her freely and voluntarily
tarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said Husband.

his free act and deed for the uses and purpose therein
mentioned and I further certify that the said James M.
Girvin is personally known to me to be the person who
executed the foregoing deed by him Sealed and
