Alachua County   } Whereas I R.F. Taylor was by an order of the Probate
court for Alachua County Fla, made and rendered on the First
day of April AD 1875 duly nominated and appointed a commis
sioner duly authorized and instructed to make a sale of 
the lands hereinafter described belonging to the est of James
B. Bailey decd for the payment of the debts of said estate
of James B. Bailey decd and whereas I did as such com
missioner duly advertise the land as hereafter discribed
for Sale in conformity to Said order on the third day of
May AD 1875 and did in conformity to Said order Sell
the Same at public outcry before the Court House door
in the Town of Gainesville, Florida on said 3rd day
of May AD 1875 during the legal hours of Sale according to
law   And whereas at Said Sale Mrs. Elizabeth A. Bracy 
became the purchaser of Said land for the Sum of one
hundred and thirty eight 66/100 dollars that being the high
-est Sum bid for the Same and She being the bidder
thereof = And whereas said Sale So made by me as such
commissioner has been approved of ratified and
confirmed by an order of Said Probate Court on this
day made and surrendered and I as such commission
-er thereby authorized and instructed to execute deeds
to the lands Sold at Said Sale to the purchasers thereof
Now therefore Know all men by these presents that I
R.F. Taylor as Such commissioner as aforesaid and
acting as Such render and by virtue of respective
orders of court and the sale thereunder made for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and thirty eight 66/100 dollars to me cash in hand
paid by Mrs Elizabeth A. Bracy, have granted bar
-gained Sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto her the Said Elizabeth
A. Bracy all that certain fractional part or portion of the
South half of Section Five (5) Township Ten South
Range Twenty East lying and being in Alachua Coun
-ty Florida Southwest of the Town of of Gaiensville
Commencing Thirty (30) feet North of the North West
corner of the lot in said Town of Gainesville
this day conveyed by me the said R.F. Taylor as
Such commissioner to J.A. Carlisle then North Five
hundred and twenty (520) feet thence East Four hun-
-dred and Sixty two (462) feet thence South Five hun
