Alachua County } Whereas I R.F. Taylor was by an order
of the Probate Court for Alachua County Florida made and
Surendered on the 1st day of April AD 1875 duly nomina
-ted and appointed a Commissioner to carry out, conduct
and make a Sale of the lands hereafter described be-
longing to the estate of James B. Bailey deceased for the
payment of the debts of Said Estate and whereas I
did as Such commissioner acting under the authority
of Said order of court duly advertised the lands here
-inafter described for Sale on Monday the Third day
of May AD 1875 and did on Said day Sell the Same
at public out cry before the Court House door in the
Town of Gainesville during the legal hours
of Sale accoring to law And whereas at Said
Sale, J.A. Carlisle became the purchaser of the |
